Refund policy

Our sauces and spices are food products, so for hygiene and food-safety reasons we can't take back opened products or accept change-of-mind returns once your order has been delivered.

If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right:

- Damaged or leaking in transit

- Wrong item or missing item

- Faulty or spoiled product

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@vascodagamaperiperi.com or on WhatsApp 071 342 8860 with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including the delivery fee. You won't need to send the product back unless we ask for it.

Refunds are paid back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
