Our best-selling hot sauce (2024 Gold, 2025 double Silver international awards) in food-service size for butcheries, shisa nyamas, wing joints and caterers. Roughly 200 portions of basting at 25ml per serve, 100+ portions of dipping sauce, or the marinade base for 40–50 kg of chicken or pork.

Bottled in 5L food-grade HDPE with tamper-evident cap. Shelf-stable; refrigerate after opening.
