Our mild peri peri sauce is our baby. It was the first sauce created by Wayne and the one that our customers ask for more than any other. So what’s so great about it?

Well, firstly it’s the perfect blend of the traditional spices from the 14th-century Portuguese trade route. You’ll find garlic, ginger, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt as well as a little kick of chili, too. But don’t worry…this sauce is mild by name and mild by nature, just tickling the taste buds with a cheeky bit of heat.

What makes our mild peri peri sauce phenomenal is its flexibility. We’ve added a secret ingredient into the mix that complements a host of flavors. Our creative customers are always coming up with new recipes for it, including revved-up pasta, peri peri avo on toast and even using it as a marinade for salmon steaks.
