A smooth, soft-textured mayonnaise developed for high-volume food service and burger applications. Creamy, stable emulsion with excellent spreadability and balanced acidity for clean flavour release. A neutral base that blends well with peri peri, BBQ, garlic or house sauces, built for consistent performance in commercial kitchens.

Applications: burger and sandwich assembly, dips and dressings, base for flavoured mayo variants, butchery and deli use.
