Lemon Juice 5L – 2 x 5L

Reconstituted lemon juice – two 5L jerry cans (minimum order).

Made from 30°Brix concentrate to single-strength acidity – a direct 1:1 substitute for fresh-squeezed lemon juice in any recipe. Standardised acidity batch to batch with no seasonal variation. No artificial colours or flavours.

Yield: one 5L replaces approximately 50–60 fresh lemons. Cost-in-use: roughly R2.80 per 100ml.

Applications: marinades for chicken, fish and lamb; salad dressings and vinaigrettes; hollandaise, beurre blanc and pan sauces; lemon butter for seafood; garnish prep; cocktail mixes and bar service.

Bottled in 5L food-grade HDPE with tamper-evident cap. No refrigeration before opening; refrigerate after opening and use within 30 days.
