Pink chip & salad sauce – two 5L jerry cans (minimum order).

Smooth, mayo-based pink sauce in the classic steakhouse chip-and-salad profile: sweet, tangy, lightly spiced with a soft mustard backbone and apricot warmth. Thick, creamy emulsion that pours and coats without separating and holds through the full shelf life. No MSG, no artificial colours.

Yield: approximately 200 portions of 25ml per 5L. Cost-in-use: roughly R1.50 per 25ml portion.

Applications: chip and slap-chip dipping sauce, burger and grill sides, salad dressing, wrap and toasted sandwich spread, schnitzel and crumbed chicken, steakhouse and grill room tableside service.

Bottled in 5L food-grade HDPE with tamper-evident cap. No refrigeration before opening; refrigerate after opening and use within 30 days.
