Sticky BBQ Rib & Chicken Basting Sauce – two 5L jerry cans (minimum order).

A high-gloss, sticky bowl basting sauce for high-volume kitchens. Rich tomato and brown sugar base, deep caramelised colour under heat, balanced sweet–smoky flavour with a mild spice lift, and excellent cling and lacquer formation during grilling.

Performance: designed for brushing during cooking or as a final glaze; forms a glossy, tacky coating without excessive burn-off; stable in hot holding and high-turnover kitchen environments.

Applications: pork ribs, chicken wings and drumsticks, braai and rotisserie chicken, grill finishing glaze.

Bottled in 5L food-grade HDPE jerry cans with tamper-evident caps. Shelf-stable; refrigerate after opening.
