Thick, Rich Tomato Sauce 5L – 2 x 5L

Premium thick tomato sauce – two 5L jerry cans (minimum order).

Manufactured from 28–30°Brix double-concentrated tomato paste with a real spice profile (allspice, clove, cinnamon, mustard). Thick, full-bodied pour that coats food without running off; modified maize starch base for stable viscosity batch to batch. Rich tomato body with a warm spice backbone – closer to the premium brands than commodity sauces. No MSG, clean label.

Yield: approximately 100 portions of 50ml per 5L. Cost-in-use: roughly R3.30 per 100ml.

Applications: burger and grill stations, breakfast service (eggs, hash browns, boerewors), fish and chips outlets, school and staff canteens, café and diner tableside service, catering and events.

Bottled in 5L food-grade HDPE with tamper-evident cap. No refrigeration before opening; refrigerate after opening and use within 60 days.
